Roni Royer

Roni is the office manager for Simon D. Hunt Realty Group and joined the team in May of 2007. Prior to her career in Real Estate, she was the Client Care Manager with Sante Spa for over 5 years. From her experience in customer service, Roni brings a passion for people, which is evident in all that she does. Her dedication and hard work are apparent in our customer satisfaction, and the success of our team.

A native Calgarian, Roni enjoys spending her spare time at her Father’s marina in Invermere, B.C and is thrilled to be involved in Calgary’s fast paced real estate market.

Niki Lepore

Niki is the Client Care Manager for Simon D. Hunt Realty Group and joined the team in February 2010.

Raised in Newfoundland, she brings with her a sparkling personality that shines through on her customer service experience she provides each client.

Prior to joining Simon’s Real Estate team, Niki has accomplished several years in the banking industry as advertising exposure.

Besides consistently focusing on providing customer satisfaction like no other, she enjoys the outdoors, playing soccer and dancing.

Niki is excited to have joined the team and is looking forward to building strong relationships with all existing and new clients.

Jan Schmidt

Jan is the Client Care Coordinator for Simon D. Hunt Realty Group and she joined the team September of 2008. Before that she enjoyed her time at home with her now 9 yr old daughter. In her life, she has worked in many customer services related jobs that helped establish her gift for interacting on a personal level with people and children.

Growing up in Saskatchewan on a farm, she grew an intense love for horses at a young age. In her spare time she loves horse back riding, dancing, camping and spending time with her family. Jan is enjoying working with the wonderful team at Simon D. Hunt Realty Group and is happy to assist in any Real Estate matter. If you have questions related to buying or selling a home.

Helene Carron

As an RBC Mortgage Specialist, Helene is an RBC Royal Bank employee.That means she has the proven experience of Canada’s home financial leader behind her – and working for you. With years of experience in financial services, including 10 years with RBC Royal Bank, and 6 as a Mortgage Specialist, Helene has helped thousands of home buyers achieve their goals while continually updating her expertise in order to provide you with high quality financial advice.

Helene graduated from the University of Calgary with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2004. In addition, her business accomplishments include being a top sales award recipient for 6 consecutive years, as well as the winner of the Leo Award in 2003, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008, which is RBC’s highest achievement. Helene prides herself in providing the highest quality service by providing all the information, advice and guidance you need to work out a completely personalized mortgage.

Bianca Kratt

Born and raised in Quebec City, Bianca Kratt graduated from the Université Laval in Quebec City with a Civil Law Degree. She was admitted to the Bar of the Province of Quebec in May 2002. Bianca then attended the University of Manitoba where she graduated with a Common Law Degree. She articled with the firm of Warren Tettensor Amantea LLP in Calgary in 2004 and was admitted to the Bar of the Province of Alberta in May 2005. Bianca joined the firm of Warren Tettensor Amantea LLP as an associate in May 2005.

Bianca’s practice is primarily in the residential and commercial real estate areas, including acquisitions and dispositions, and leasing and financing. Bianca also practices in the area of corporate and commercial law. Bianca practices in both English and French. She serves on the Executive Committee of the Canadian Bar Association Real Estate Law Section and on the Board of Directors of the Association of French Speaking Lawyers of Alberta(AJEFA).

Tim Ingraham

Tim Ingraham has been a resident of Lethbridge since 1978 and attended grade, middle and high school here. After finishing high school Tim attended both Lethbridge College and University of Lethbridge and graduated from Lethbridge College with a diploma in Business Administration. Prior to his real estate career, Tim has spent 15 years in the transportation industry in roles of both Financial Analyst and Controller. His strong work ethic and professional approach are what allows him to excel in today’s fast paced real estate industry. Tim prides himself on providing top level service and expertise to help his clients’ achieve their real estate objectives.
