Simon D. Hunt

Simon embodies a rare combination of focus and drive, he sees what needs doing and in short order it’s done. His secret is to never stop moving, whether he’s drumming up offers on a listing or revving one of his Harleys' around a tight corner in Kananaskis. If that sounds like a lot of intensity, rest assured, it comes in a friendly package.

Simon is as affable as he is demanding, moving comfortably between playing with his children on a Saturday morning and closing an ambitious deal the same afternoon. Simon’s professionalism and intensity are what make him one of Calgary’s outstanding Realtors, but it’s his people skills that make him one of the most trusted. This rare combination creates results. Simon is an avid Harley Davidson rider and enjoys getting out on the weekends. He enjoys vacationing at his favorite vacation spot with his family in Vernon, BC.

Karyn Janes

Karyn is an up and coming agent for the Simon D. Hunt Realty Group and joined the team in February 2011. Prior to her career in real estate she was a project manager in the information technology sector.  Karyn is an intangible part of the team as she provides service to our continually growing client base.  A portion of all of Karyn's sales go to the Alberta Children's Hospital. 

A native Calgarian, Karyn enjoys spending her spare time with her family and is thrilled to be involved in Calgary’s fast paced real estate market.

Denise Neilson

Denise is the Office Manager for the Simon D. Hunt Realty Group and joined the team in September, 2011. Prior to real estate, Denise worked in communications as well as administrative/managerial positions. From her vast experience she brings detail-oriented focus and problem solving strategies as well as a high level of professional customer service.

Denise has lived in Calgary since 2001 and enjoys spending her free time with her husband and stepchildren.

 Ada Hoeksema

 Ada is the Client Care Manager for the Simon D. Hunt Realty Group and joined the team in January of 2010. Prior to her career in real estate Ada was a teacher who taught social studies and language arts grades 3 through 12.  From her experience in working with children Ada brings an attentiveness to clients and strives to make the real estate process as organized and efficient as possible.

A native Edmontonian, Ada is happiest when she is with her daughters and husband.  She loves returning home to Edmonton and/or jetting off to visit family in North Carolina.

Jessica Shalagan

Jessica is the Office Administrative Assistant for the Simon D. Hunt Realty Group and joined the team in May of 2011. Jessica completed CREB's Real Estate Associates program after graduating and is enthusiastic to put this training to use. Jessica's factual real estate knowledge coupled with her ease with today's technology adds to the effectiveness of our group.   

A native Calgarian, Jessica aspires to see the world and still spend time with her friends and family here at home.  She is excited to learn and grow in the field of real estate.

Helene Carron

Helene graduated from the University of Calgary with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2004. In addition, her business accomplishments include being a top sales award recipient for 6 consecutive years, as well as the winner of the Leo Award in 2003, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008, which is RBC’s highest achievement. Helene prides herself in providing the highest quality service by providing all the information, advice and guidance you need to work out a completely personalized mortgage.

Bianca Kratt

Born and raised in Quebec City, Bianca Kratt graduated from the Université Laval in Quebec City with a Civil Law Degree. She was admitted to the Bar of the Province of Quebec in May 2002. Bianca then attended the University of Manitoba where she graduated with a Common Law Degree. She articled with the firm of Warren Tettensor Amantea LLP in Calgary in 2004 and was admitted to the Bar of the Province of Alberta in May 2005. Bianca joined the firm of Warren Tettensor Amantea LLP as an associate in May 2005.

Bianca’s practice is primarily in the residential and commercial real estate areas, including acquisitions and dispositions, and leasing and financing. Bianca also practices in the area of corporate and commercial law. Bianca practices in both English and French. She serves on the Executive Committee of the Canadian Bar Association Real Estate Law Section and on the Board of Directors of the Association of French Speaking Lawyers of Alberta(AJEFA).

Tim Ingraham

Tim Ingraham has been a resident of Lethbridge since 1978 and attended grade, middle and high school here. After finishing high school Tim attended both Lethbridge College and University of Lethbridge and graduated from Lethbridge College with a diploma in Business Administration. Prior to his real estate career, Tim has spent 15 years in the transportation industry in roles of both Financial Analyst and Controller. His strong work ethic and professional approach are what allows him to excel in today’s fast paced real estate industry. Tim prides himself on providing top level service and expertise to help his clients’ achieve their real estate objectives.
